We want you to love your 1Ō8 SPORTIF activewear which is why we offer full refunds or a store credit if you're not happy with your purchase provided they meet the below criteria. If you would like to return an item purchased via our website, please complete our customer returns portal and email it back to us, referencing your order# number. Please include the returns form in your returning parcel.
Full price items:
- All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- All items must not be damaged, altered or washed and have no makeup stains to be eligible for a return. Please take care when trying on swimwear and undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
Temporary promotion on full price items:
- 108 SPORTIF agrees to offer a credit note or exchange to the value of the purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty by our team.

- If you wish to make an exchange and the stock is not available a store credit will be offered as an alternative or a full refund.
